Official Contest Rules

HorsePower 4 Hospital, GoVeriified Raffle – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The HorsePower 4 hospital, GoVeriified Raffle (the “Contest”) is sponsored by GoVeriified Secure Solutions (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins on September 13th 2026 at 8 a.m. EDT and ends on September 13th 2026 at 8 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the online entry form during the Contest Period and submit all required information.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) RHINO Smart Water Valve
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): CAD $XXX

One (1) winner will receive:

    • Two (2) RHINO Smart Water Sensors
    • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): CAD $XXX

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) RHINO Smart Water Sensors
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): CAD $XXX

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted within seven (7) days following the end of the Contest Period from all eligible entries received.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided during entry.

7. Claiming the Prize

The selected entrant must respond within five (5) business days of notification. Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant may be required to:

  • Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question (required for Canadian contests);
  • Sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release, if requested.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe, fails the skill-testing question, or is otherwise ineligible, another eligible entrant may be selected.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for administering the Contest and, where the entrant has provided separate consent, for sending promotional communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted entries.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

11. Governing Law

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
